Training

The First Responder ('blue light') communities are our main focus. We have worked with them for many years and realise that they are stretched, often to breaking point, and unable to offer the opportunities to their people due to resource constraints. We support those who so valiantly and tirelessly support us.
We offer free (or subsidised) training specially tailored to their needs. Some example courses are listed below. All are tailored, in collaboration with the Service, to meet the needs of their people. You can find some of the ideas and concepts via the links to the example courses below:
- "Everyday" stress and resilience (not trauma or high-level stress from front-line exposure) - Overcoming overwhelm - CPD accredited. This course helps people prepare for what happens whilst working, helping them to take control of day-to-day issues, freeing up "band width" to deal with the "bigger stuff"
- Built to last (male wellbeing - nutritional, physical, emotional) - the majority of the course deals with wellbeing considerations for everyone, with a focus on some male-specific issues - Built to last (Male wellbeing) - CPD accredited
- Comprehenise information about menopause - Menopause demystified - CPD accredited
- Communications - often the make or break of success - Communications are key - CPD accredited
- Team development - Building and developing the team - CPD accredited
- Peri-menopause can bring mind fog, forgetfulness, anxiety ... - take control - Menopause mind - CPD accredited
